Report appearance changes for multiple users (1 Viewer)

Dear saviors,

Have successfully created a module & Report for my project with all your support.
but surprising the report seems to be disorientedly generated for some of my colleagues in their machine..
the design view shows in a different scale and size than my original report design

what would be the reason, can anyone help pls

Their window settings are different perhaps?
They should not be able to use design view either?

yes @Gasman their design view itself is altered ..(the same module when opened in ther machine)...

Is there any view to lock the settings

However why do the users have access to the design? That is a recipe for disaster, that leads to episodes like this?

I found something.. the page settings in my file were in Inches but in my collegues machines its taken as centineters..how come this

actually they havent opened the design view..i just checked in their machine..

If the code for each machine is the same (i.e. a copy of the front-end file) yet behaves differently on the report, check to see which printer each user has as a default. Odds are that the "oddball" cases have different printers. Reports are different from forms in that they look at the default printer for some page settings.

in addition maybe you are using fonts that aren't available for all users, so some users see a different font.
