report with paper size 0,5 A4

This is A5 size. Are you sure your printer doesn't support it? Even so, you should be able to scale your report manually so that all of the text is contained within the area you want. Is the report currently baased on A4?

i cannot use A4 size, cos i dont know how many details will print.
details could be more than 10 item.
and i cannot use A5 Size either.

It is A5, just landscape rather than portrait.
This does not affect your problem, because I think the LX300 only supports A4 and US paper sizes. You need to tell the printer how long the page is so that when Access generates a form feed the printer goes to the top of the next form. To do this will involve sending some control codes to the printer. I don't think Windows can handle this automatically, so you may have to do this by sending code from Access or with a batch file when you start up.

I think that what Melinda means is that the paper can't be treated as A5 in Landscape mode, because the output would be incorrectly orientated?
But she doesn't specify whether the paper is standard fanfold paper or sheet feed. If fanfold, control codes will be needed to realign the paper after each report is printed. If sheet feed, it's simply a question of sizing the report to the available area, isn't it?
