Resizing database to fit different monitor sizes

Sup peeps,

I have nearly finished building my database which will be used by numerous different users. I need to know how to get access to resize the database to fit all the different monitors otherwise people using smaller monitors have to keep using the scroll bars which means they might miss out on a bit of data.

Is there any way that i can get access to do this?
