Running label additional times

When I create labels they run correctly the first time. After that, when I try to print again, it changes to a single column instead of the two columns I had originally so I have to go back and create new labels from scratch. Is this the nature of the beast or what do I need to do?

no, this makes no sense. Once the report is saved as 2 coluimns, it stays.
it wont change itself.
When you say 'print again', is the report open in PRINT PREVIEW mode?
then click print again and it goes to 1 column?

if you change modes from print preview to layout, it could. But always use print preview.

Great, I opened it in print preview and it shows the columns as they should be. Thanks!
