savesetting error

My whole system has is wrecked?
Can anybody help
What do i do
reinstall windows
or can i do something to change the situation

I came back from my savesettings but i must have forgotten to delete a line or so.

Can you give more details what happened? Did you backed up your system?

I solved the problem.
I don't know how the problem came up.
I couldn't open a program at all.
After several restarts i managed to open a system repair program. in this way i could go back to the way my system was installed a few days ago.

By the way my real name is willem
But i used another computer to post my problem.
