i need to have a save option for users to save reports to whatever format they wish, but i don't want users to use Save As/Export in the menu bar. if users use this option they have the option of saving to external or current database. any better way of accomplishing this? my main goal is having user to attach multiple reports into one email. this question probally have already been asked and i missed it.
the thing is that only active reports may be sent and once one report has been attached to an email then it becomes modal. this eliminates users option to add another report.
that is why i am trying to have a user to save each report then attach them to one email.
any ideas?
