Search the option with particular field has some specific value

HI All,
I have a table, where one field ref. is common and it has multiple options for it.
for ex:
Field 0 Field 1 Field 2
12345 ABC Not Require
12345 DFG Require
12345 HIJ Not Require

My question is, when I search with Field 0 on search form, I want DFG to be display first as its Require for the company functions.
other 2, I dont mind comes in any order.

is it possible, to display DFG when it searched on form?
