Hello, im new a beginner with Microsoft Access, i have both MS Access 03 and 07 and i need some help. Im working on a project for school. In this project student attendance is recorded each day. What i would like to do is set up a system that will notify the parents of the student when he/she is away. This notification would be sent to their email with data like, student name, grade, date absent etc. Can anyone explain to me simply on how to achieve this? Please do keep in mind i am a beginner so the simplest explanation woul be perfect. I have read other guides but they simply dont make sense, i need a guide that would explain what to do from start to finish, using ms access and Outlook to send the emails. A referral to a guide would also be much appreciated.
