2300 guests, supposedly (more like bots from China IMHO), and the forum is the same speed. We have so much grunt under the hood now that I'm hoping site speed will never slow down again.

I don't want to add friction to potential forum users. The bots are not affecting speed due to the sites new horsepower.

Fair enough. Another forum uses software that mentions support for ReCaptur ? so a user never notices.?

Thanks for that link - a good find. It talks about no friction so it might be worth looking at. Will add it to the list of things to research.
