Question Shared access file by multiple users (1 Viewer)

i want to know that how can multiple users access database at a time?
From the shared folder also all can just view it but to use, one has to close it in order to use by the other.
is there any way that multiple users can access it at a time?

You can split your DB and have the back-end, reside on a central server that all users have access to. Each user would then have a copy of the front-end on their machine which is then linked back to the back-end on the central server.
