Single column header and footer

Hi all,

Can't seem to find the option or a work-around.
For our company we need standardized footers and headers which should almost always be the same whatever the editor it is made in (word/excel).

Is there any option of getting a single column header and footer? Excel forces me to use three columns which isn't the solution for us.

Unfortunately this is usefull but not the solution to my "problem".

Please see the attachment. Maybe this clear something up.

If you enter your custom header/footer in the left (or centre) section & leave the other two header/footer sections blank it will expand to the full width of the page if necessary

Which section you use will determine whether it is left or centre aligned
