junk mail?????????

Since signing up, I keep getting a lot of messages in my hotmail e-mail that say something like your message to so and so could not be delivered becaused of such and such reason or a message from so and so to you has been deleted because a virus was found with these following attachments...(Example 1: I'm afraid the message returned below could not be delivered to the following addresses:
Undeliverable to hedbrb@aol.com ) (Example 2: Attachment : B2B2C-Attachment-Warning.txt (493 bytes)
ATTENTION: au moins une pièce jointe à ce message ne vous a pas été transmise (ejtbor.exe). SVP lire la pièce jointe «AlerteVirus.txt» pour plus d'informations.
I'm sorry I wasn't able to deliver your message to one or more destinations.
Undeliverable to sulenxoxoc@aol.com
Message follows: )

Is this because of replys or what not from this forum that perhaps users have viruses on their computers or perhaps hotmail thinks their attachments are viruses so it blocks them or deletes them? I don't understand why I am getting so many e-mails like this???!!

Have you taken conversation outside of the forum? Like asking for assistance and you and others transefer data/ideas in private e-mail. If not, then it sounds like your account has the problem, what you describe "I'm afraid the message returned below could not be delivered to the following addresses:" means that something was sent FROM your account TO the listed accounts. I would highly recommend that you immediately change the password on your account since this would indicate messages are being sent from it with out your consent/knowledge. If the problem still occurs, you should notify the HOTMAIL support and ask them what the possible problems could be.

junk mail??????

Thanx Jeremie. No, I have not done any type of private messaging on my hotmail account. The only posting I have done is through this forum and all responses and replys have been through this forum. Will contact Hotmail.

Thanx again!!
