I have the above function that calculates difference between the start and end times for an employees shift. I have employees that work from 11PM one night to 10AM the next morning. When evaluate time like this the function returns negative values. Example: 10:00PM start time to 12:00PM next afternoon returns a value of -10:00. How do I show that an employee worked 14 hours?
