Toggle Button 2010 Access

This is my first visit so please forgive me if I make any errors

I created my database in Access 2003. When I press the Toggle Button at the base of a form it will move to the next record. If I hold it down it will scroll through all the records.

However now that I have upgraded to Access 2010 when I hold down the Toggle Button in a form it will only go to the next record.

Does anyone know how to fix what should be a simple matter. I have attached zipped screenprints of the two forms. The Toggle Buttons are at the bottom. Showing (in this case) record 710.

Sorry, Bruno, but this is a recognized bug in 2007/2010 and has not, as of yet, been addressed by the Access Gnomes in Redmond!

The amazing thing, to me, is that the bug was recognized as such back when they were testing the Beta version of 2007! And they still haven't addressed the problem!
