unable to create reports

Hi All,

when i try creating reports this the following error message i receive:
"There was a problem retrieving information from the printer"

I dont understand why does a printer need to be installed for creating a report

Do you not have any printers installed on your machine? If not this is why you are getting this error. Access cannot format the pages of your report in line with the default printer.

thank you as i was not aware to work with reports we need printer installed.
