please help to do this formula


i have sales man

and daily rate for them

400
600
900
1500
2100


I want to multiply numbers this rate* 5 times ( I want to multiply the numbers in 5)

according the following rules

>=400 Minim 3500
Over 400>=600 Minim in 4000
Over 600>=950 Minim in 5000
= & over 1000 Minim in 6000
Over 2000 Maxim 13000
