Use this code which is a code written by Daniel Clan. It converts letters and numbers to stars in (InputBox) but I'm facing a problem which is (User-defined type not defined) . Please help with that.
Code:
 Public Function InputBoxDK(Prompt As String, Optional Title As String, _
                           Optional Default As String, _
                           Optional Xpos As LongPtr, _
                           Optional Ypos As LongPtr, _
                           Optional Helpfile As String, _
                           Optional Context As LongPtr) As String

    Dim lngModHwnd As LongPtr, lngThreadID As Long

    On Error GoTo ExitProperly
    lngThreadID = GetCurrentThreadId
    lngModHwnd = GetModuleHandle(vbNullString)

    hHook = SetWindowsHookEx(WH_CBT, AddressOf NewProc, lngModHwnd, lngThreadID)
    If Xpos Then
        InputBoxDK = InputBox(Prompt, Title, Default, Xpos, Ypos, Helpfile, Context)
    Else
        InputBoxDK = InputBox(Prompt, Title, Default, , , Helpfile, Context)
    End If

ExitProperly:
    UnhookWindowsHookEx hHook

End Function

Which line is highlighted when you debug? Also, do you have the API Declare statements too?

Yes terminator 3. But I want the text to appear in the form of stars because I use it for a password. Last week dear (theDBguy) helped me with that

You are using LongPtr as a data type. I'm thinking that "LongPtr" isn't defined intrinsically in Ac2007. In such cases there is usually some kind of TYPE statement that would define the User Defined Type somewhere in a module declaration area. I'm sure there is more to this than what you showed us, but what you showed didn't contain the TYPE declaration for LongPtr.
