I am creating a system where I need to track dormant members. It is a church system. I need to track all members who have not tithed for a whole month, all those who have not been involved in any transaction, all those who have had no activity, all those who have not attended a certain fellowship in that 1 month period................ so that the system can try and know who is dormant in the church, because they maybe facing some problems and are unable to attend services.
I am using a query where I was able to filter all those who have tithed in the last 1 month, but I do not know how to select those who have not. This is what I tried:
Select all members in the church where membername <> member that tithed. I did not expect it to work and it did not work. Please help out.
I also need to knw how I can create a list of all members that have been filtered, as in 10 members from 1 query and 3 others from another, to combine and form one long list. Thank you, I will be grateful to hear from you

It would be helpful if we knew your table structure and what your SQL that didn't work look like to determine those that had not tithed.

As to consolidating the members that had been filtered, that can be accomplished using a Union Query of all the other filtering queries.

An unmatched query should work for you. The wizard can help you build it.
