Weird Help requested

sorry,

there are too many requests and not enough information to easily create the required reports for my customers.

I want to copy a table/query with yes/no fields and paste into excel with the
boxes for the yes/no fields. . .

I can't remember or figure out how to do it. . .

I know it can be done as I have done it before, how, i can't recall. . .

How many fields in the table / query?

total up to 8 fields, 2 yes/no fields

300 records. . not big
 
You could create a report and run it then click the "analyse with Excel" button on the toolbar

I presume if x = true then Yes else no or ?? soemthing along those lines

revert to Colin - I am just blathering

my approach to this would be creat and extra field in my table per yes/no critia then do a if field name = 0 or yes then "yes" else "No "

but as colin has mentioned depends upon how many yes/no's you got
 
Its the Check Boxes !

its very simple to copy and paste, I have the yes no fields correct in the database

its the check boxes that I want to show up on the excel spreadsheet,
not TRUE / FALSE. . .
