What's your best/worst joke? (4 Viewers)

The real problem with redaction is that it should be done in the state capitol. San Fran's blackout is going to start a ripple effect pretty soon when EVs can no long charge up anywhere in the affected area and become big, rollable paper weights AND no one has any internal combustion engines nearby to provide a tow.

I thought the joke on EV drivers was that they cannot be towed, or pushed out of the way when they breakdown.

A guy came home after celebrating the New Year to a note on the fridge door from his wife which said :
"this is not working any more and I have gone to my sister's"
He'd no idea what she was going on about, because when he checked the fridge it was fine with everything including a few beers nicely chilled.

I don't know if the following (true) story counts as a joke but you either laugh or you cry!

I'm in the poo.

The wife started to re-arrange the shoe shelves in the hall and with much frustration told me my shoes we a nuisance as because they were so big they took up a lot of room. Being entirely reasonable I pointed out that the shelf space only took into account the width of the shoes and my UK size 9½s although much bigger than her size 5s they were only about 16% wider, so didn't take up that much more room.

Not noticing an air of grumpiness (you'd think I'd know better after 51 years of marriage), I then proceeded to point out that although bigger my 4 pairs took up much less room than her 16! Total humour failure ensued.

For some women, shoes are a convenience. For others, closer to a fetish. My younger daughter, now married and three states away, is in the latter category. My wife's collection, which used to be in the bottom of her closet, has now overflowed to a corner of the bedroom where if I want to dig into the "used less frequently" drawer, I have to move at least three or four pairs just to open the drawer. But when she wants to take over the bottom of MY closet (yes, we have HIS and HERS closets), we're going to have a LONG talk. I just hope I'll be able to get in a word edgewise.

My wife and daughter have a pretty solid amount of shoes, but nothing compared to the horror stories I've heard about women and shoes . In fact I probably have about 85% as many as they do. bought a pair of shoes from amazon once that shipped from china . Note to self - do NOT do that again. took 6 weeks to arrive and were ridiculously tiny and flimsy - not even qualify as to call it "shoe".

I am normally strictly a skechers customer - and strictly only hands-free slip ins, which have changed my life and will change yours too if you haven't tried them you must! never tie a shoe again, never bend over again, Tis a real hoot!
