Wher are the minimize, maximize, and restore buttons on my Switchboard?

Hello,

I created a switchboard through the Switchboard Manager in Access 2016.
It covers my entire work area of access. There's no option to minimize, maximize, or restore. I've seen some Switchboards that have the minimize, maximize, and restore buttons located in the top right corner.

I've attached 2 screenshots. Capture 1 is how I'd like the Switchboard to appear. Capture 2 is how it currently appears.

Check that the forms Control Box property is set to Yes

You have the database set to display tabbed forms, it needs to be set to overlapping windows.
It's buried in the current database options.

Yes, the Control Box Property is set to Yes. So is the Min Max Buttons Property. But still nothing
