What is the best approach to achieve a splited database in Microsoft Access to generate an approval workflow forms dynamcly among the departments with a capobolaty to add a new forms from the back end database?

This is a pretty common question on this site. "How to create a workflow in Access?" As far as I know there is no good template, and I think you would have to create your own. At one time I outlined the table structure that would be required and you could probably search this site. I do not think the split database issue has anything to do with it, the design is the same either way. If you want to build it define the process and we can lay out a table structure to support.

You should try to define the work details as much as possible, so that you don't have to create more than one form. Being "dynamic" then means simply adding new tasks/work details instead of adding new "forms." The same form would simply display different data based on the work being processed.
