I guess you have never travelled to the northern hemisphere. The relationship of the Sun's azimuth to East and West is reversed compared to the southern hemisphere.
Galaxiom. I have no idea what you are talking about here. Isn't an Azimuth an angle to something high in the sky or something like that.
No matter what you say, how you say it or who you quote. The sun rises in the east and sets in the west in both north and south hemispheres.
