Quit your desk job and get a job involving physical work. Then you are exercising all day (and most likely getting paid far less so it is harder to indulge ones self).

Is the weight loss diet plan that you follow; good enough for you? Is it still the healthier way to reduce weight? Or you just trying to decrease bodyweight which will eventually cause you to feel weak and energy drained.

1. Eat Eggs For Breakfast
2. Drink Coffee
3. Exercise
4. Drink Green Tea
5. Cook With Coconut Oil
6. Eat Spicy Foods

In general, that is a good list.
Would add the following:
Avoid milk products (soy is better for example)
Use good probiotics, processed food distorts the natural bacteria used in digestion
Add good fiber to daily diet.
Add high quality red wine to diet. At least one bottle a week.
Maintain healthy and safe sex.

The walking is important. I try to maintain 20 miles a week.
The first 20 minutes of brisk activity garners 80% of the benefits.
 
Number 3 is definitely a good one (eat 5-6 small meals rather than 3 big ones) but can be hard at work when you just have one lunch break. I always feel a bit funny eating at my desk
