Attachment button / new computer

New computer, new OS, new browser, all very daunting. Due to spilling ice water on my vista I had to go out an buy a whole new rig. I cannot get the attachment button here on Access forum working, as well as other links in email and other web pages. There must be some setting in the new browser and/or OS win 7 that is stopping me. I have check an the popup blocker is not on. That is all I know to do. Any hel[ will be appreciated.

popup blocker is probably enabled. If you are using internet explorer, go to tools > pop-up blocker and either switch off completely or adjust the settings.

edit: sorry just read your post properly. If it's not that, try another browser to see if the problem goes away. At least then you'll have an idea if it's browser related or something else

I am not knowledge enough to try another browser.

Thanks for answering. I went back to the store that I bought it from and they said that a lot of web sites have not caught up with IE 8 yet and loaded another browser for me and now it has no trouble with links.

Good to know before upgrading to IE8.
