Copy Form from one DB to Another

Hi,
I previously created a database (Access 2007) and would like to use some of the forms that are in that DB as "templates" in a new app I am creating (Like the look and feel)
I can't remember how to do this

Please help

Probably the same question applies to copying table structures

Open the new DB and go to External Data > New Data Source > From Database > Access.

You can also open both databases 'side by side' and drag objects from one database to the other.
