Copy Form from one DB to Another

Hi,
I previously created a database (Access 2007) and would like to use some of the forms that are in that DB as "templates" in a new app I am creating (Like the look and feel)
I can't remember how to do this

Please help

Probably the same question applies to copying table structures

Open the new DB and go to External Data > New Data Source > From Database > Access.

You can also open both databases 'side by side' and drag objects from one database to the other.

I was only talking about this with another developer last week. I have yet to try this myself. I understand you can do it with:-

docmd.copyobject

Unfortunately they don't provide an example showing copying from one database to another. Hopefully I will have a sample shortly!
