I have a complex PivotTable form that has worked well for months. Monday, however, I received the following message, "A problem occurred while MS Access was communicating w/the OLE server or ActiveX Control. Close OLE server and restart Access. Then try the original operation again in Access." After clicking OK the following message follows, "180 errors occurred when you loaded the form. You loaded a form that has controls or properties that Access doesn't recognize and will ignore."
I have no OLE server to shutdown. I tried the Compact and Repair feature under Tools and that didn't work. I also tried importing the table into a new database but the same error messages occurred. What's happening? Is this problem repairable? Thanks for any input.
