Design of report

I want to restrict report for single page of A4 size only.
in printing it should come in A4 one page only.
also border for entire report. for sub report border option is there but for main report option is not available.

i am using MS access 2007 edition.
please guide me how to set these things.

Could you describe a little more what you want, a printscreen could be nice it explain mostly more as a lots of words.

i am inserting screen shot . i want only single page of A4 size. Now it has content of only 1 page. But it is showing in 2nd page also only Header & footer. i dont want 2nd page.

please sugest soluotion.

Hard to say. Attach an example db, with only enough data remaining to illustrate your problem, and instructions for how to recreate it. Do a compact & repair on it, and then you may have to zip it.

As spikepl mention, it is hard to say!
Do you've set the property to force a new page?
What happen if you remove the subreport, (use a copy of the main report)?
