Dialog Box asking for Parameters Keeps popping Up after report is populated (1 Viewer)

I have a sales report that includes 2 sub-reports. The criteria is just simply to enter a Start date and an End date. I first have a dialog form open and I enter the start date and the end date and the query in the report gets the value from the form. My problem is that after the report is open and populated, if I have more than one page, when I navigate to the next page the parameters dialog box opens asking me for the information again.

The form needs to stay open so the report can access the values. It sounds like you're closing it.

Fyi: Remember to close the form on the Close event of your report.
