I don't think he's allowed toys at home that's why he's rather grumpy around this time of the day.:D

Congratulations Cindy! I must have missed you saying that you are expecting. When will he/she make an appearance?

Rak, glad you had a good time in France; where did you go to? And did it really snow, or was it just very frosty?

Thanks! She will be making an appearance sometime around early May. Ironically, my due date is on my daughter's birthday. :p

Eeek, looks like May is going to be an expensive month for you in the future! You'll have to abstain this September, or you'll have third May baby on the way next year...:p

Yes, it's also our wedding anniversary the day after my daughter's birthday. I can see that quickly taking a back seat to all the other expenses. :p It seems to run in our family, my 2 older sisters birthdays are 6 days apart, and my sisters kids are 2 weeks apart. :o

I guess that your kid(s) are your anniversary presents! There isn't a history of twins in your family as well, is there?

No, thank goodness. That would be a lot of crying and feeding to take care of at one time.

Hi Tay,
We went to the Lot (46) close to Figeac. Night temps were around -4 C and trees and stuff were frozen. So no snow but hoar frosted land and trees.
Last year , we had some 80 cm of snow in February, which is extraordinary for that area.

Maybe France/America are different but shouldn't that be August?

Congratulations Cindy, I hope the big guy is handy round the home.

Ugh. I don't see how people do it. :D

That's a lot of college educations to pay for at one time, too. :p

I'll go and stand in stupid corner and play with my abacus.....:o

Back to the real topic for just a moment, we had the local family over for the main dinner. Wife, mother-in-law and her friend, step-daughter, other step-daughter and her friend and her fiend's daughter, step-son, daughter-in-law, and two grandsons. One of whom is new, only two months old and already turning into a little chubby bubby. Like the MasterCard commercial... "Full House - priceless!"

Got a lot of DVDs for my new wide-screen TV and theatrical surround-sound system. This new system rocks! It sort of has to, because Hurricane Katrina washed out the old system. But now that we are back in the house, the holidays were actually enjoyable again.
