Difference between Post and thread

Noks - Just a quick question (and unlike Simon Cowell from American Idol, when I say I'm not trying to be rude, I actually mean it) - Do you really write and spell that way (cell phonish) or are you just typing in text messaging short hand? If you are just typing in short hand, please actually type out your message and avoid the abbreviations. If you really do normally spell the word "this" by "dis" and "the" by "d" then I apologize. It's just a pet peeve of mine.

I'm trying to type properly but am so not used to it that most of the time i forget, to make sure i usually ask someone to check whateva report i've made to verify that all's well
