fields disappear (1 Viewer)

Access Front SQL back program. When I export a report from my program into Excell the fields with checkmarks disappear. Help!!!

How are you exporting?

Currently they are only using the Analyze with Excel feature. The text and date fileds Export correctly its the bit fileds (check boxes) that are disappearing.

Yeah, that exporting feature is not as robust as other methods and exporting to Excel really doesn't hold any report formatting.

So, essentially you need to export the query that underlies the report. And the first that I would try is using DoCmd.TransferSpreadsheet to see if that will help.
