Hello everyone. I used to use Access back in 2002. Self taught managed to build a project management database and was very proud of myself. Haven't had to 'manage' a database for a long time.

Have started work in a new place and they are using an old Access97 database as there main project management / job management system. I've been tasked with getting to work on Access 365. I've managed to convert it using an older version of access and it's working - in a fashion...

I've used some of the tips I've found in the forum already to repair error codes / broken macros etc, but still a few more bits to fix.
I've forgotten more than I know, so it's a real head scratcher for me. I'm going to post a few questions - I'm sure I will come across as a complete numpty, so please be kind and I'll be grateful for any help.

Hi @jonth.

Greetings from sunny Wales UK

Ha! I can see across to Wales from my house on Exmoor, Somerset.
On a clear sunny day, I can see as far as the Brecon Beacons though that certainly doesn't happen very often! 😁
To be fair to you though, today was gloriously sunny in South Wales & the visibility was excellent!

I'm sure you will be able to get lots of help as and when needed on this conversion. Good luck
