Hi I am a bit new to access. I have been working with it for a while. Teaching myself. I have gotten to the point that I need to learn how to get queries to do what I want them to do. I am hoping folks in this form won't mind helping me, and won't make me feel too bad for being an Access newbe.

Hi. Welcome to AWF!

Hello, Teri, and welcome to the forum.

You are right to want to understand queries better, because queries are the workhorses of ALL of the SQL-based database engines, not just Access.

I feel so inapt. But I am going to learn. I so much more now than I did a year ago. I have a good database that has all my information in it and it looks good, but now I need to learn how to get it to work for me. Thanks in advance for any help!
