Hi.
I'm from Australia and an self employed tradesman.

I've been using Access for a long time but haven't needed to do anything really complex yet, but companies I do work for are asking for more things ie weekly summaries, invoicing with attached photos etc.

I'll be needing some help at some point ;)

I'm trying to get my database as automated as I can, so I don't need to spend too much time on paperwork.

Wife and kids want some time too ;)

I did quite a bit of complex stuff in dbase and foxpro in the old days, Access just seems to require way too much time spent reading stuff to get code up & running!!
 
Hi Jaggas and Welcome. I agree entirely with your comments, I'm only new to Access but have been working with other db programs for 20 years! I've never felt like such a newb! Best of luck.
