Hi. Welcome to AWF!

Hello, Craig, and welcome to the forums.

Please note that while you can ask if anyone would help you, it is not a preferred action to use the forum as a broker for contracting. If someone contacts you privately (e.g. a forum "direct message") then that is out of view of the public. If you happen to exchange e-mails that lead to a small private contract, as long as it remains private, it is within the boundaries of the forum.

If that is not what you meant, then understand that we have lots of people looking for lots of help and our policy is that folks will do their best to learn how to help themselves with some guidance from us on topics to study. In line with that idea, I suggest that you do some serious reading on the subject of "database normalization." Since this IS primarily a database forum, you can use the SEARCH feature (upper right, on the menu bar) to see a few articles on "normalization". If you use a general web search, you must search for "database normalization" because other disciplines use the word "normalization" and the responses would be confusing. Start by reading articles from the .EDU domain because they they tend to be associated with colleges and schools that would teach that subject. However, once you have the general idea, a couple of .COM sites wouldn't hurt. The only difference between .EDU and .COM in terms of content is the .COM sites usually have something to sell you so will have more ads.

Hi Craig, lots of helpful and willing people on this forum. I've had years of experience in creating databases especially for small businesses.

Welcome!
