What has your success rate got to do with your motivation?

They dish out considerably more than I do on a daily bases. What makes them different is that they also participate in the softer subjects, showing a side of themselves; not directly related to conflict.

Both Col and Rich have got it in the neck from me on numerous occasions but I have never got the impression that they wanted to disembowel somebody.

It goes without saying that the word "venom" has a bit of a negative connotation with it. Why must replies be filled with venom? It's rarely constructive.
