So there is something bugging the heck out of me. A credit card charge I can't identify. It's a card I use for a LOT of online things, so I don't want to dispute it and do a chargeback necessarily, I'd love to figure out who it is instead. (although a chargeback may be the only way to do that in the end).

It's a $14.17 charge from "Google Services".

Now I've eliminated the ones I know that I use: Google Storage One is a yearly charge (this is monthly). Google Ads I used or tried to use about 3-4 months ago for my Amazon books but quickly stopped - ALL campaigns have been on a complete pause for at least 2 months. I don't think I pay for anything else regularly from Google!

What might I be forgetting? And has anyone ever successfully contacted Google about a billing charge? How the heck DO you? They absolutely need to have SOME place you can contact for billing questions!

PS. I also eliminated youtube premium, as these show up as: GOOGLE *YOUTUBEPREMI G.CO/HELPPAY# CA and is for $15.
And this 14.17 charge appears to be monthly

Did you accidentally try Google streaming services?

Did you use Google Ads and try to withdraw from them, but didn't cancel the direct-deposit credit card payments? I would call the credit card company to determine if there is some sort of transaction number or detail on that charge... something traceable.

Google ads was my biggest suspect at first, but I have gone over and over the webpage with a fine tooth comb, and for all appearances it appears my ad campaings have been paused for months and under Billing they only billed me once months ago. Yeah, I might call the cc company and battle the IVR to get in touch with a human finally
