Guys I may of cocked up (again)
I have report which splits transactions in to various currencies and various tax's according to the country or class of business
Sterling 5% tax sterling 6% sterling 17.5% sterling 20% tax
Euros (all of the above pus others Germany tax, Italy etc)
then variations on this on worldwide tax's the combination can be loads - but generally it would not be more than 20 in any given month ...
well the first part of my report works pick a date range and press the button - splits out by currency by tax (happy as larry- wasn't hard ) -
- now there are upto 6-7 sections per currency/per tax (still with me..)
again no problem - i have a complaince form that needs to be entered for each section(per currency per tax rate) (its a long story) - so I put the compliance form in the section footer- bugger....it does work - but it puts the totals on a new page and the report on a new page (which is fine - but i really would like th etotals to be kepted with the figures it relates to - so in essense is tere a way of put a "section break in (or a subsdection ) or another way of putting totals in that isn't in a section/page footer
