Hi All: I was an IT professional from 1979 right up until retirement. Did everything from building my first computer in 1979, from a kit, to teaching Netware (CNI), to software development in a variety of languages such as assembly, C, Pascal, Python and VBA, and ending up as a CIO.

I'm currently working on an Access project for myself to manage scanned documents. I find Access to be as frustrating at times as it is convenient.

Hello and welcome to the forum. Access is indeed a microcosm of the world of work... frustrating and yet often rewarding.
