In the attached db when I click on the SEND button the data of that particular record should go to MM.docx. How to do it?

well it looks like you've got your word document set up correctly, so that it will pull in data from a source that you choose. I wonder if the following attachment will help guide you in seeing what mail merge can do from inside of access with code written behind a button? does it help?

extract all on "same" folder and run the db.
