I've all but finished working on this database and have rolled out the front end to a couple of users. They have been able to open the files no problem until this week. I rolled out a new version and now they are getting this error...
"This database was created with the 32-bit version of Microsoft Access. Please open it with the 32-bit version of Microsoft Access."
I've done some searching on the interwebs for a solution, but they all say that perhaps the users are running a 64-bit system. This is not the case here. I've called our IT guy and he assures me that the other users were installed with a 32-bit office system (recent install). We did not have access prior to this and when I started here they were interested in a database (i have a little access experience), so when I asked IT to upgrade some systems with Access, he installed Access 2019 Pro, 32-bit.
Why, if I've developed this database on 32-bit, are the other 32-bit users getting this message?? I'm baffled.
