My Form RecordSource SQL is too slow - what are my options?

IMO it doesn't get any better than the 2003 fairy.
She was (and remains) most benevolent and productive.

The younger fairies have newer, brighter wings to offer - but such wings can be a little flimsy at times. There's a lot to be said for a very functional workhorse of a fairy.
We'll give the youngest fairy a chance yet though - she's only just being born really.

Got some feedback already from a test in Japan.

the form recordsource went from 15min to 8 seconds. And thus my code (in the eyes of the users) went from "it does not work" to it is working again.

As I said before I am just doing this as a hobby but with a work purpose but it is a result like this which keeps me doing it.
