Just to show off :p I got one of these recently Cowon Q5W PMP, I upgraded from my Creative Vision M and man is it sweet.

Pro's

Picture quality - excellent (the screen is quite reflective on bright days but not really distracting)

Audio quality - excellent (probably the best in it's class)

Format supports - very good, unfortunately, for now, no support of VOB or H.264 (although you can simply rename a VOB file to MPEG and it will work on most files, though on some the seek slider doesn't display properly.)

It does flash files, it has a Windows CE O/S so has a version of IE, messenger, a picture and text viewer, FM radio and is WiFi capable.

It a touch panel as well

Very good battery life

You can get a GPS cradle so it can work as a SatNav system.

Oh and it come with an AV cable (and remote control) so you can connect it to a TV and voila a portable digital video/ audio player :D

Con's

It is expensive especially in Europe - manged to get mine at US prices ;)

It is quite heavy but is fully portable (fits in my jacket pocket fine)

Poor audio tag support

It doesn't come with any kind of case but you can get a specialist one.

Windows CE 5.0 O/S - despite the bundled apps there is not a huge amount of alternatives out there - it's a MIPS processor so there will be more released over time (I'm just about to install Quake on mine )

how much did you get for, by the by?

What like is the radio on it? I find my Creative keeps losing the signal when I'm walking, so I hardly use the radio option.

How's the touch screen? Presumably it locks? Looks really good. Well done! Enjoy.

i'm pretty sure that the radio signal suffers when you are "sandwiched" between buildings - you really can't rely too much on the radio signal on these things. i have a sansa fuze myself and radio signal is decent when i'm on my car, but suffers a lot when i get to the city, but i guess you can't have everything.
