Hello All
I have been using Access as my weapon of choice since the early 1990's. I started creating various Bespoke systems in Access 2.0 (bless its cotton socks).
One of those early bespoke systems laid the foundations for JobCost. Which is an ERP/MRP system specifically designed for engineering companies that make a lot of unique items. The system is delivered and then tailored to fit the needs for the specific business. Access is the perfect DB system for my style of delivery and implementation. It allows fast prototyping and with Front End/Back End design I often develop On-site for my customers while they are still using JobCost.
The ability to change the system while users are still using the system allows my customers to keep ahead of ever changing requirements. Keeping JobCost current at all my customers means it has a great life-cycle and I rarely loose customers to the competition.
