Opening Attachment.php

I would like to view some of the other members attachments ,my system will not permit me to do so, if the attachment is Attachment.php from Access -programmers.co.uk , is there a programme I have to installed to be able to view these attachment? Any advise appreciated

JHB thank you for your response, but the link did not mean anything to me . Maybe i did not explain my problem very well, I am using windows 8.1 and have access 2010 installed. All I want to is be able to open the attachments from other members in this forum ,but the ones that are .php do not open , For example one of your attachment's yesterday Cascade(All ) .mdb , when clicking I receive the notice " Do you want to open or save attachment.php. That when I receive the message unable to open as file maybe corrupted . I thought it might be because I am using access 2010 but I have been able to save .mdb attachments in the past. hope this is clearer.

I changed to Firefox and i am now back in business, thanks to the tip you gave that works for you.

No problem. I don't know if it's an IE problem or the forum software, but it's certainly annoying.
