Anyone notice the massive ouch # 2.0 yesterday?

The Supreme Court seems to leaning toward a Trump victory in the Colorado case.

Biden's own DOJ said he has dementia.

Trump scores another victory in Nevada.

Along with all the Fani nonsense in Georgia.

It seems really quiet around here for some reason.

Hopefully the Republicans won't allow the 25th amendment to be enacted. Make the dems Brutus their own Caesar .

Interesting strategy. Create a "civil war" within Democratic caucus! Republicans may not actually have a role to play should the 25th Amendment be exercised.

"It allows the vice president, together with a "majority of either the principal officers of the executive departments or of such other body as Congress may by law provide", to issue a written declaration that the president is unable to discharge his duties. Immediately upon such a declaration being sent to Congress, the vice president becomes acting president while (as with Section 3) the president remains in office, albeit temporarily divested of authority."

These were bogus lawsuits from the very begging.

It's a commercial property. The $18 to 26 million valuation is from the Palm Beach County Assessor, not the judge. The same guy who did the valuation on my place in palm beach county. M-A-L is valued on the income it produces. Trump in 1995 signed a deed of conservation and preservation easement, which means he ceded the right to use the property for anything other than a social club.

Well that kind of explains it since it's well known that property valuations for the purpose of paying property taxes are totally different than market price
