Outlook email combo box (1 Viewer)

I travel frequently and it is helpful to my email recipents to know where I am located. Currently when I construct an email I type my current location, current date, and current day at the top of the email e.g.

From Somewhere USA
8/13/09
Thurdsday

Can via VBA a series of combo box be displayed where I can pick the location, date and date, without physically typing it into every email?

Hi,
you would need to make a form called custom userform. You can then add controls like a drop down. A good step by step tutorial of this can be found at repair-outlook-pst-file. com
