problem converting 2003 to 2010

i am having problem converting 2003 access file to 2010 access file. i have tried importing data as well. a lot of errors come, mainly Visual Basic problem.

It's going to help alot to know what errors you are getting. Also are you using any .OCX's, like the Calendar Control?
